The Assistant Director, MBA Career Coaching provides career development services to BU Questrom School of Business MBAs (mostly full-time and occasionally part-time students and alumni) through individual career coaching sessions, workshops, and innovative programming. Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies to promote career development services and activities. Create and update career content for student workshops and the career website. Track and communicate full-time MBA employment and internship outcomes. Work collaboratively with fellow career coaches on the Graduate Career Development Team, the Feld Center for Industry Alliances Industry Relations Managers (IRMs), and faculty to provide students with seamless career support on campus, including ongoing sharing of information. This position must be available for occasional flexible hours: early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; one to three years of working experience in a similar capacity. Experience providing career coaching or counseling to MBA students preferred.
