General Statement of Job
To coordinate administrative functions of the Fashion Incubator including, but not limited to, customer relationship management, scheduling, accounting, and marketing.
Description of Duties and Tasks
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates and utilizes customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to manage various customer segments including designers-in-residence, students, interns, manufacturers, local designers, sponsors, internal stakeholders, vendors, and more.
Utilizes digital project management integration plan to automate Fashion Incubator activities such as product development, production, workshops, etc.
Builds, sends, and evaluates customer segmented marketing campaigns including email and social media campaigns.
Utilizes retail math, merchandising and accounting skills to support the setup and execution of the showroom and future learning enterprise.
Performs administrative duties such as invoicing, managing metric dashboards, and processing intake forms for community management.
Manages the rental of monetizable spaces.
Evaluates and streamlines Fashion Incubator processes.
Greets and assists visitors at the Fashion Incubator.
Coordinates logistics for pop-up markets for the Fashion Incubator.
Assists with aggregating data for reporting to key stakeholders, and regularly uses data to assist Director with management decisions.
Participates in key stakeholder meetings as an assistant to the Director.

Required Work Experience
Two years of related experience.
Preferred Work Experience
Two years related experience in fashion industry.
Bachelor degree or higher in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or related field.
Must be willing to train and learn new proprietary software for design and product management.
Other Preferred Qualifications
Ability and willingness to make presentations as needed.
Work is performed in a production facility or similar environment.
Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds.

Full-time Faculty and Staffing Table employees who work in full-time and/or part-time positions at the College are eligible for ACC medical benefits effective the first of the month after their first 60 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, short and long term disability, retirement plans and AD&D.
ACC does not participate in Social Security. ACC participates in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) and the Optional Retirement Program (ORP-Faculty Only). Part-time and Hourly employees participate in the ACC Money Purchase Plan (ACCMPP) as a retirement program required by Federal law.
