You will monitor and maintain adequate levels of materials, goods and office supplies, as well as more specialist procurement requests, to ensure stock levels are maintained at all times, whilst managing the effective administration of all purchasing activities.

You will use your extensive administration skills to ensure that all required documentation is received and collated in a timely manner, all invoices for goods received are processed appropriately and ensure that appropriate records of credit card transactions and authorisations are maintained.

As the point of contact for all the purchasing materials, goods, and supplies for the School, you will be able to use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships not only with our stakeholders, but also with our suppliers.

Please note, the role will include some lifting of goods to deliver to end users.
